Profile:
The ceilings included a roof lining system that incorporated perforated metal planks scribed into extruded edge trims, set within hundreds of unique trapezoidal bays. This intricate lattice framework, formed from heavy-duty tubular steel, at a height of 10 metres covered most of the building. Other works included bespoke detailing, such as GRG ceilings, rasdiused bulkheads and 3.5m wide complexe metal "wing" ceilings throughout the office areas.
The second Contract was for Internal Wall Linings, created from 3mm thick perforated aluminium panels in four hundred different sizes. All panels were positioned on a bespoke framework to create a perfact 20mm shadow-gap between adjacent panels requiring a virutal "zero dimensional tolerance" throughout the manufacturing and installation processes.
