Profile:
a) Co-ordination:
Fast-track design/build co-ordination on structure and envelope interface, basic and fit-out M & E services, fitting out elements (cellular offices, staff facilities, acoustics etc); including prolonged 7 day working week programme requirements.
b) Ceilings:
1500 x 300 micro-perforated planks, supported in a 175mm bespoke aluminium "C" grid system, incorporating a "clip-in" special capping detail for partition flexibility. Extensive bespoke continuous shaped plasterboard perimeters and bulkheads, incorporating lighting and services.
c) Demountable Partitions:
Solid and full height glazed "Komfort" demountable partitions with integrated adjustable blinds and additional acoustic treatment. d) Drylining and Flush-Wall Partition: High quality, taped and jointed drylining, including 2 hour fire resisting construction. Flush finished metal stud plasterboard partitioning, including 2 hour fire rated construction, and 45dB sound rating.
